AGE RESTRICTION
Children under 18 can NOT access the wellness area.
Children under 14 can access swimming pool ONLY in the morning hours from 09:00 to 1:00 pm when accompanied by an adult.
Children between 14 and 18 can access the pool all day when accompanied by an adult.
ARRIVAL
We will be happy to welcome you 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Any delay will result in the reduction of the duration of the treatment, in order to respect the following agreed appointments.
CANCELLATIONS
Booking cancellation or adjustments are accepted within 24H before your appointment. In case the cancellation is made within 4 hours before appointment, the full cost of the treatment will be charged.
BEHAVIORAL RULES
The environment of our beauty farm is peaceful and relaxing. We therefore ask you to respect other guests avoiding speaking out loud, using mobile phones or cameras. It is also forbidden to smoke inside the Beauty Farm. A swimsuit is required to access the pool and wellness area.
HEALTH
Please let us know your health, allergies or any other medical problem that may affect your wellness experience.
Charm Beauty farm is not responsible for injuries and accidents caused by actions that do not comply with the rules of behavior of the spa, while staying in our facility.
